You’re Precious; You’re Special...Learn to Value Yourself

It’s extremely stressful to explain what’s going on in your head when you don’t even understand it yourself. At such times, explanations, no matter how reasonable, just don’t seem to help; you might not know how to handle yourself or how to have a control over all those unexpected emotions bursting within you. And at all such times you might start considering yourself as being worthless. Just give yourself a break, pause for a moment, and make yourself understand that you need to be yourself, always.
You are precious, you are special and you are worth it. Just remember that it may be raining now, but the sun always comes out again. It’s just a bad day, a bad phase, not a bad life. You are beautiful and people love you, appreciate you as you are. You can’t find true happiness if you live your life trying to please other people. Focus on yourself and improve your personality each day to see the best version of yourself...
Actual beauty begins with the moment you decide to be yourself. The most significant lesson that life has to offer is that each individual is unique, in numerous respects. What you think is what you become. Your personality will never be defined by what opinions people have formed about you, your worth isn’t decided by what others have always expected from you, and your true value doesn’t decrease by the inability of others to see your worth!! Learn to know how special you are, your personality is described by what you think, how you feel, your worth is decided by your actions and your true value is determined by the level of satisfaction you possess from your works, the love you have towards yourself..
Stop doing what the society expects you to do, and start doing what makes you happy, what makes you love your true self. Life shall throw up at you numerous hardships and challenges, but you have to face them all, with your self confidence and self belief. Here are some tips for you to follow at such times when you might feel completely broken from inside:

Talk to people: Talking, sharing and discussing are powerful tools to get relief of certain burdens that might be troubling you constantly. Sharing your grief with someone you trust, expressing yourself helps you learn more about the problem you might be facing and together with people with whom you share, you can successfully find solutions to such issues. Just bring it out, it actually feels relaxing after you’ve shared it with someone.

Spend time in the lap of nature: Mother Nature has bestowed upon us numerous resources in order to make our human life more comfortable. Apart from providing us resources, Mother Nature has immense healing powers. Being in the lap of nature, gives you comfort, soothes you and relieves you of all your tensions. Even a quiet walk with Mother Nature can nurture your mind, body and soul.

Pursue your hobby: Do what makes you feel contented and satisfied; what fulfils your purpose of the day, what makes you value your talent. Just follow your passion. I always make an effort to pen down my emotions whenever I feel down or depressed as it helps me feel as though I have shared it with someone, it feels relieving if you write down what you have on your mind. For someone it might be, trying to paint their feelings and express them through various colors, or cooking for your friends and family might make you feel that you have done something. This is what you need, pursuing your hobby to lighten up the load.

Listening to Music: Well, this might be very obvious to certain people, including me! Music seems to be the ultimate healer; the tunes have immense power to heal even your deepest wounds, and to calm your mind. I prefer listening to soft music that helps me bring my emotions and thoughts to stability. However, for some, strong beats might be encouraging. Sometimes, music is the only medicine, your heart and soul need.

Meditation and Physical Exercise: Meditation is being in tune with your inner universe, having a calm and stable mind, clear thoughts, and a happy and satisfied soul. Meditation can be influential in establishing the perfect link between your physical and mental health. Staying healthy, relates to your physical as well as mental well being, your physical fitness and mental stability. The best thing about meditation is that you become more and more you.
Sometimes, life doesn’t give you what you want, not because you don’t deserve it, but because you deserve more. Learn to value your passion, your abilities. Remember, you are special...You are capable of achieving everything you dream of, just some self belief and confidence, you shall succeed!
